All devices (except Dead Phone & Blank Screen) will be configured into Maintenance Mode at pickup checkpoint. Ensure your screen lock is disabled or backup is verified.

After Diagnosis Notice & Rejection Rule

Later on, after physical device diagnosis at our lab, charges will apply. Our coordinator will add any required spare parts, components, and workmanship/service fees to your final quotation for your approval.

Quote Rejection Rule: If you choose to decline/reject the final repair quote after our lab diagnosis, a minimum workmanship service fee of ₹100 and a lab diagnosis fee of ₹250 (Total ₹350) will apply to cover pickup logistics, testing, and device reassembly returns.
